Roger is a US Navy Veteran and began working in the steel erection business in 1985 with L.R.Willson Steel Erectors as a labor and has worked every facet of steel erection. In January of 2011 he set out on his own to form and build Priority Iron LLC.

Kim has been working for the company since its founding in 2011. She is the Wife of Roger and Mother of Warren, and is a huge part of the family business. Kim and Roger also have two other children, Kayla and Elizabeth. Her passions are gardening, fishing, and spending time with her loved ones.
